Product Details

904L super austenitic stainless steel is a kind of low carbon, high nickel and molybdenum austenitic stainless steel with rust resistance and acid resistance.


Has good activation and passivation transformation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid and phosphoric acid, good pitting corrosion resistance in neutral chloride ion medium, as well as good crack corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance.


Used in various concentration of sulfuric acid under 70 ℃, under ordinary conditions of any acetic acid concentration, any temperature, resistance and formic acid and acetic acid in mixed acid corrosion resistance is also very good.


Application of 904L:

* Petroleum and petrochemical equipment, such as reactors in petrochemical equipment, etc.

* Sulfuric acid storage and transportation equipment, such as heat exchangers, etc.

* Power plant flue gas desulfurization device, the main uses are: absorption tower tower body, flue, door plate, internal parts, spray system.

* Scrubbers and fans in the organic acid treatment system.

* Seawater treatment equipment, seawater heat exchanger, paper industry equipment, sulfuric acid, nitric acid equipment, acid making, pharmaceutical industry and other chemical equipment, pressure vessels, food equipment.

* Pharmaceutical factory: centrifuge, reactor, etc.

* For dilute sulfuric acid, strong corrosive medium 904L is a matching steel.
